Rehberlink is a non-profit program dedicated to creating job possibilities for underrated talented women. Basically, It is a working woman excellence platform and we would be giving those women the opportunity that can really mold their lives, who are discriminated from men or sometimes trapped in such situations that influenced them to stay in excruciatingly painful scenarios. We would assign them daily basis work or jobs based on their skills followed by the wages paid to them. So that their lives could be better. It would empower those women by strengthening their socioeconomic status and providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to live a sustainable and healthy life. As our objective is to make better and profound job possibilities for women that are neglected and living their lives by holding onto the walls of dependency of others. Despite this fact that there are such skilfully talented women, they are sitting idle in their homes and due to lack of facilities or their personal issues they are unable to make use of their talent, and a majority of them face such tormenting scenario daily. Being such a platform for those women, specifically who want to work but are let down by some rigid traditions and lore of society. It supports the empowerment of the women by reducing inflation rate and leading the way to a non-violent, healthy and wealthy society. Our mandate is to enrich the lives of women in Golden. Moreover, Our future plans are to interact with several organizations and universities internationally by linking our participants and creating further possibilities for them.
