There is so much opportunity out there for women going to work in information technology. Now that the companies are beginning to wake up to the value of women in the industry, both as customers and employees, there are endless possibilities to explore. The future for women in tech depends on the IT industry’s ability to inspire young women to study computing and technology throughout their school careers, and then go on to apprenticeships and degrees in these subjects. The work does not end here. The tech sector must continue to encourage women to apply to the industry and then retain the female demographic.
There is still need for more women to enter into the field of Web development ,software development as a large number is quickly absorbed in the domestic and international markets. After COVID women need to tap onto the resources and opportunities that the internet offers. Rehberlik-Pakistan aims at bringing these domestic and international IT opportunities to women. In addition the users i.e. entrepreneurs and others can learn more about benefiting their businesses through the medium of internet. Working conditions for women in IT is like a ray of hope as it is a vast field through which anyone can reap benefits. It has opened new door of opportunities for women especially in Pakistan.
